Pet Food Recall

You may or may not have already heard about the mass recall of numerous different types of dog & cat food. The recall was from a supplier of an ingredient, not one single brand, so it is effecting a HUGE number of pet foods. This is really serious. Pets are dying from this. This recall effects brands all the way from Wal-mart generics, to top of the line high dollar foods. So please check the list carefully and make sure that you are not feeding one of these foods!

This link has the full listings as of 6am this morning. But if this is anything like recalls in the past, they may add more foods later on. So you might want to check it more than once.

As a result of adulterated wheat gluten, there have been several additional pet food and pet treat product recalls that are not part of the Menu Foods recall. For more information on these additional pet food recalls please go to www.fda.gov
